You probably entered mismatched info into the register fields. Try these things: 
 
1. In Given Name field put in both your middle name and first name just like written in your passport 
2. In Place of birth input exactly like what's written in your passport

This new tracker doesn’t work for me.. says my info is incorrect. I also tried calling IRCC but they never pick up

Yeah I tried the tracker but it was last updated on Feb 01 while my latest GU was on the 6th, so I don't think it's updated to the lastest progress.

Hi Toan, only my background check status has changed, from  "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.” to  "Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check."

Yeah, look like we have the same pace. After passing medical on 4Jan, It's been quiet after. Anyway, it's interesting that we have almost the same timeline. Let's keep in touch ya. I will keep you posted if there is news from my end. Hope everything will be smooth for both of us. Cheers

Hi @Toan, I'm also at Medical Passed now. Looks like it takes around 2-3 months after IME passed that applications could be approved. Hoping for that. Would you mind updating also if you have any news? Thanks.
