I thought about that, but processing will take too long, so I'll apply for a new EE application. On top of that, there is nothing to argue with. Unfortunately, the immigration officer refused my application instead of requesting additional documents, which drove me crazy )

Aren't you planning to contest the officer's decision? I heard it was possible in principle. 
 
IRCC site doesn't name any mandatory documents, except a letter from employer, for foreign work experience. So, may be you could write an appeal.

In terms of providing evidence of my foreign employment, I've just attached a default certificate from my employer (with salary/position title and length of employment, without any information about my duties and NOC), which is pretty standard from Russian employers. 
That was the cause of my refusal.

Hey, Dmitry! Mind answering a question about the refusal? What kind of evidence do they think was insufficient? Was it a proper reference letter with all the required information, but they also wanted something else?
