It’s truly an unfair situation for Iranians. While people from other nations go through the immigration process normally, we continue to suffer due to the regime, even after fleeing from it. I know a few friends who have been stuck in the process for almost 16 months. One of them filed a writ of Mandamus and received their PR just a week later.

Hi saman. Exactly, my application is stuck on security. Dead silence since May. I requested GCMS notes and it was mentioned that security is “not started”.
