Hopefully it's nothing bad and they just took longer with your case. If you did everything right, it's just a matter of waiting. Also, you could double-check your profile to make sure there's nothing unusual, but maybe they just had a bit of a delay with yours.

I did try Application Status Tracker, but it won't let me create a profile. I did submit my upfront medical exam, but haven't received any updates there. I'm very nervous because the tracker shows that most people who apply around the same time are already far ahead on their applications.

Yes, I had experience in Colombia. I attached the documents I had from that time, along with their official translations and a LOE explaining the duties and the title in more detail. They didn't ask for any other documents

At first, I only looked at the IRCC portal update, but there's another portal where you can create an account to track cases. It's called Application Status Tracker in Canada web page, and it provides a bit more information, but I don't find it very useful. The best thing I did was follow cases similar to mine on this tracker. 
 
The medical exam needs to be done upfront before submitting; you'll receive confirmation that you passed afterward. Have you already done the medical exams? Did you receive the biometrics letter? Based on your AOR date, the biometrics should have arrived a month ago.

Hey! I received my AOR on Jan 26 and havent had any updates on my file since then. If you dont mind me asking how are you tracking your process only on the IRCC portal? 
 
For the medical exam, did you do it upfront or when the IRCC asked for it?

This is my timeline, I emailed them on March 20, they answer me on March 24, I sent the documents and paid on March 26 and the same day they gave me the confirmation, I created the web form to send it to IRCC on March 31 and they confirmed received it on April 2. Just wait one or two more days and they will respond with all the info

How long did it take for Omnitempus to answer you? Emailed them the letter 2 days ago and no answer

Not yet, my AOR is Jan 8th, but I received the confirmation of the Police certificate on Apr 7th. Hopefully I get news soon!
