Thank you for replying to my question, ojeann. I feel you. Really it's not easy to see frozen application from about everywhere. Passport requests seem to be extremely rare. Hopefully, you get to hear from the IRCC soon.

Hi There. It seems like my application hasn’t been touched yet. Asked for the notes multiple times. Last update was on September 2019 right after I sent in the documents. On the website the status is medical passed.

Not even eligibility has been done yet. Apparently it’s being analyzed in the Montreal office, where COVID cases are extremely high.

Sadly I have no idea when I’ll hear from IRCC regarding this application
