The February 2020 updates are for Inland applications at Mississauga office. No updates from CPC Sydney as far as I checked.

You never know, these are only samples of the whole scenario, some people might not be updating there cases. But I think they will process within 30-45 days.

Right now, it looks like whole April IRCC is not working. There is no update since Mar.

Historically, AOR is within 1 month.

45-60 days is normal to receive AOR. I am just assuming delays because of pandemic.
