Yes,I sent follow ups after 40 days and not sure if it really helped to get my notes in 58 days at least.. 

Unfortunately the notes were taken on the day request was submitted. So i submitted second request to know the current status..

Thanks. It's been 45 days for me. I'm debating whether there is any value sending them follow up emails at this point. It appears that they're taking closer to 60 days these days.
