Hello @KarishmaChanglani, that red icon has turned to a blue one today in my profile, showing that everything is alright!

I didn't see a red icon earlier but I got an email asking for extra documents, I submitted them yesterday and I got the red icon and my application moved to assessment but the message in the icon says no action is required just like @meysiolio so I am assuming this is just what happens when the application moves to assessment and that they will update this section if they need something more.

Hi @canada2021_. I see the red sign too, asking for additional documents. But actually it says your application is complete and no action is needed at this time. My case number is 99887.

Hi @Karishma. Do you see any specific docs requested? I too see additional doc requests, but when I click the red icon it says nothing needed at this time. Just wondering if it's a mistake.

My EE profile expired after I submitted my OINP application so I had to create a new EE profile hence the date of EE profile was later than NOI, hope it makes sense, and for the next question you have calculated the number of days wrongly. my NOI is 15th oct and the application sent date is 18th Nov so the number of days in between is 34 days, it is not more that 45 days.
