You will not be able to change the text of your message

I did call to speed-up the process but the agent said that once the officer receive the passport, from that day within 2 weeks you should get it back. Mine was received by officer on 28th June.

Hi congrats on receiving ur COPR.. did you call them to speeden the VIsa or was it the regular timeline?

I just logged in to 'My CIC' and it says application approved. I didn't get any email like before when there is any update to the profile. I'm not sure if it is printed when application is approved.

You can try escalating to them and see.. if your application is approved doesn’t it mean it’s already printed?

I did call them on 07/02 and agent said it's in queue for printing. Though my wife's passport has been dispatched from NDVO.

@hawkeye Nothing as of now. I'm worried as I'm travelling on 18th July and need passport before that.

@winter_is_coming : It won't be great idea to share personal number here but I can guide you it's easy. 
You need to create online account with UPS. 
Then (1)Click on 'Shipping'-> (2)'Create a Shipment'-> (3)Stay on 'Package' tab and go to step-6(Payment)-> (4) There you have to setup billing account; basically enter credit card info and all and UPS will assign you an account number. 
Once done start from step-1 again but this time work yourself through all the steps and don't remember exactly  but you'll get option for return label too. If you can't figure out return option then it's available under 'Shipping' as last option 'Create a Return'. Finally take both labels with you to UPS store. Make sure to keep return label with other documents to avoid any confusion.

Hi,
I was trying to send my Passport to Ottawa office from US , when i checked with UPS they said they cant generate a return label from Canada to US , How did you do it , it will be really helpful if you can guide me , if you do not mind can you send me your number i can call you.
