Post Premium processing fees payment USCIS officer reviews the application within 15 calendar days of receipt and determines the appropriate action to be taken, which in most of the cases is approval. The USCIS officer can also issue an RFE (Request for further evidence) or a NOID (Notice of Intent to Deny) depending on the evidences available during review.
