Question:

My PERM was approved, but the company has't filed for I-140 yet. What will happen if I change job before the I-140 is filed with approved PERM?

Answer:

PERM is valid only for 6 months and I-140 needs to be filed within that period. Once the employer/Location or job function changes, PERM needs to be refiled, and I-140 needs to be re-filed based on new PERM. And since the I-140 would not be filled with the previous employer you would loose your priority date.
