Question:

Will the 485 be revoked if the I-140 is withdrawn by the employer?

Answer:

It  depends on various factors, including whether or not the I-140 is approved, how long the I-485 has been pending, and if the I-140 is still pending- was it approvable when filed. 
 
If the I-485 has been pending for over 180 days, the I-485 may not be automatically revoked even if the I-140 is withdrawn as per Act or AC21.
