I had uploaded only my translated birth certificate. They requested for the original birth certificate in its original language as well. 
 
Hope your translated documents were uploaded along with its originals.

Hi mate, may I know what is the additional document that has been requested ?  
I am still waiting for the confirmation letter since my test date 6th of October
