It takes 5 days (3 working days) for me to receive the citizenship certificate from Sydney after attended the virtual ceremony.
Here's my timeline after the online ceremony:
22/09/2020: Received citizenship certificate by mail (sent from Sydney) in the morning; applied for Australian Passport in the afternoon
23/09/2020: Received Australian Passport (collected from the Passport Office)
08/05/2018: Lodged my Citizenship Application (paper) in the Department of Home Affairs Brisbane Office
25/05/2018: Received Acknowledgement by email
20/09/2018: Received Citizenship test invitation by email for 25/10/2018, rescheduled to 21/09/2018
21/09/2018: Attended and passed the Citizenship test
26/05/2020: Received "Request for information" by email - requested to provide overseas penal clearance certificate from Hong Kong
29/05/2020: Provided Hong Kong PCC
03/07/2020: Application status changed to "Further assessment" in ImmiAccount
09/07/2020: Application status changed to "Approved" in ImmiAccount
16/07/2020: Received approval letter by mail
14/09/2020: Received invitation for online ceremony for 17/09/2020
17/09/2020: Attended online ceremony and became Australian Citizen
