Yes, I received my invitation in March 2020 and received my grant on 5th of May 2021. 
 
When I applied for SC189, I was onshore. However, I came to India (Offshore) in January 2021. It may still have been considered as onshore application because I applied from Australia.

I tried to convince my agent to do this upfront based on some members like you mentioning to be proactive, but they didnt budge.....I was pretty upset with them today when they shared that this has been asked. I yelled at them telling them that this was mandatory and we could have done it upfront !!

Damn ! you could have avoided the CO contact, you should have uploaded Form 815 before since yours was already a extended medical case
