Thanks everyone,  my PCC and Medical was expired in last Dec.2019. But they didn't asked for resubmit.

Congrats! finally .. Please update us with your pcc and medical expiry dates to determine if they are asking for new one if it is expired or near expiry.

I haven't submitted Form 1221. It is just another form for a different agency verification need to be provided only when asked.

@ Navathej, Thank you. 
I have one more query: I have submitted Form 80 only, along with other evidences based on claimed points. I have just learnt that some people have submitted two forms, Form 80 & Form 1221, during the lodgment. Do you have any comment on this concern?
