Thanks everyone,  my PCC and Medical was expired in last Dec.2019. But they didn't asked for resubmit.

I haven't submitted Form 1221. It is just another form for a different agency verification need to be provided only when asked.

@ Navathej, Thank you. 
I have one more query: I have submitted Form 80 only, along with other evidences based on claimed points. I have just learnt that some people have submitted two forms, Form 80 & Form 1221, during the lodgment. Do you have any comment on this concern?
