No specific restrictions except that as a permanent resident (or citizen), one can only enter Australia subject to the quantitative limits set by government for quarantine. See https://www.smartraveller.gov.au/while-youre-away/returning-australia 
 
Also, the first entry date (i.e. the one year limit): DHA has said that this won't be enforced, for the time being, due to COVID.

I might just follow up on janki gajjar's question from earlier. 
Please correct me if I got this wrong, but I think what he wanted to ask was if there were any restrictions put in place on your visa for your first entry into Australia (e.g. enter after date), seeing as you are offshore and the travel ban has not been lifted. Meaning, would you be allowed to enter Australia right now?
