Hi shaneshane234, I just checked your case, omg, we are exactly in the same situation, same anzsco code, both QLD, lodged on the same date and got co contact on the same date and both for evidence of relationship. Maybe our case officers also one person. Are you also in de facto relationship? By doing some research on internet, I find it's very common to ask for further evidence of relationship, so we don't need worry about this too much, it only takes longer to get the grant since we are not that lucky to get the direct grant. We will get it in the near future.

Hi Izzy, looks like we are in the same time frame and similar circumstances. I have uploaded all the proofs of our relationship too.

Thanks for sharing the Vietnamese case. I think now DHA really takes it more seriously for relationship. But I think it also depends on the CO, how the CO thinks of the evidence of relationship. The good news is they already start processing the application lodged on middle of November specific for QLD and you will get grant or co contact soon. Wish you get direct grant soon! Cheers.

Thanks for the reply. Those documents should have been enough but i guess not. Similar case with a Vietnamese candidate recently who even uploaded all such docs including marriage cert but still had the CO contact for more relationship proof. You even have the medicare and other AU docs. I hope you get the grant soon and CO accepts all this new proof.

I have uploaded many relationship documents as asked by my agent, includes relationship statement, friend and family support letter to prove our relationship,  joint rent, joint account statement, joint bills, letters with same address, travel flights, hotels, photos, super beneficiary confirmation, ATO tax return claim with stating spouse. I think I have uploaded all what we have to prove our relationship. We are in de facto relationship without marriage certificate and I think this may be why CO contact for evidence of relationship. Since we don't get married yet, we just upload more recent photos, joint account statement, joint bills, letters with address, medicare card, and the new joint rent lease for the next year(our old rent will end in March, and I guess this may be another reason for co contact). Hope this time is fine for the evidence of relationship and get the golden email soon.
