Hello Usman, where do you see the biometrics flag in your application? I can not see any for my wife please. Thanks

For visa update, what I could gather from my research is that, they don’t recommend contact if the application is well within processing time posted online. I haven’t done it as well and didn’t hear from any of my friends and acquaintances doing so. 
 
I saw your post regarding PCC, being a sponsor I uploaded my PCC for both onshore and overseas along with that of the applicant.

Usman, sorry to have missed replying you. 
 
1. Biometrics is still on for and I had also did the same, checked with vfs and got the same response as you did.  
 
2. Further Assessment - I couldn't track the change in status to FA as to when it happened. But it's still there for me. 
 
3. Is there anyway one can enquire about the application processing through some sort of email, wherein they could also confirm the processing office, may be?

If you don't mind me asking when did you get the "further assessment" status for your current partner application.?

For me, the biometric is still there as well. I checked with vfs and they replied that your biometrics have been submitted and need not worry. Hopefully you will get an update/progress soon.

Same here, I have uploaded majority of the documents. My case is showing further assessment status since 26th September.  No CO or RFI update yet. Is it also the same further assessment  status for you.?

Yes, I have been frontloading ever since I have uploaded the case. I am still in the process of uploading documents. Neither CO Assigned nor any RFI received so far, except for auto-triggers invoked on compliance of filing of medical health check and biometrics upon submission of application.
