Usman, thanks for the update on PCC by sponsor.

yellow flag requiring attention would be visible on the list of applications page, just left of "family stage 1" on your spousal application tab. If you have already had biometrics done for your spouse and this is still present then it can be ignored. If you cannot see it on your wife's application and she already had her biometrics done, then I dont think you need to worry about any thing. Still to clear your doubts, you can contact biometrics centre and ask for update and once they clear it out, you can upload that as well.
