For Relationship Update, if you haven't been providing regular monthly update in your application, they would expect an update on what has happened in your relationship or married life, since marriage/application lodgement. You make sure you mention all significant and non-significant updates like trips taken together, attending events together and so on., especially aligning the update to highlight the four pillars (Financial Aspects, Nature of the Household, Social Aspects, and Commitment). This is what I did. I provided a Relationship Update Statement Document, signed by both of us (3 Pages) and an Index Page Document (1 page) and Six Documents for Annexures A to F (Evidences for the provided statement), each ranging from 7 to 30 pages. Overall I had somewhere around 80 to 90 pages of Relationship Update. This is because, I didn't do the monthly update.
