Hi Vishwas Ramadas, You have received your 309 pretty quickly. You mentioned you applied through a MARA lawyer. Can you please indicate whether you found his services worthwhile or could you have done it yourself in hindsight? How do they approximately cost. I'm told some can charge upto $5000. Regards Gana

Hello Everyone,

I have some good news, my wife's visa has been granted(309 offshore spouse). She was to travel to Australia in August on a tourist visa, now that the visa has been granted she will come on the actual visa. 

Wishing all the others waiting for their Visa ALL THE BEST and may you all see the golden email soon.

I was asked to submit my PCC for my stay in India. Thats how I got to know that a case officer has been assigned.

Hello Fellas,

I have been asked to submit the online 40sp on the 17th May, the sponsors' application, with some additional documents to be uploaded. I have completed all of it and submitted from my immi account yesterday (21st May 2019)

That's weird because I asked my sponsor about it, he had this statement too. 
We thought that it might be in all cases as a caution to be available for a call
