My agent just sent me the PDF request checklist , I don’t have that link can ou please provide one if you have , do I have to call immigration here in Australia or in India Australia embassy

@mandy try to contact the Visa office ASAP and get your HAP ID. Use the link in the email they sent you with the request checklist. They will respond to your queries.  This will also ensure that your file is moving.

hi , yes I do know that as my husband passport has change after we file an application and we have HAP id generated on old passport number , and my agent told me that new hap id on new passport number will be generated by case office , is that true ? you have any id on that

@Mandy Thanks. The Hap Id is there in your immi portal. I had done my medicals soon after lodging the application. Its not necessary to wait for CO contact to do the medicals. I had done my application myself. The advantage of doing self is you have full control of things. Try to keep your file decision ready. All the best!.

congratulations !! that's great I received a  request checklist and details  pdf  on 24th Dec 2020 and after that since noting I am waiting for my hap id too . my agent is saying this letter means that my file is looked after by admin and once uploaded all the documents they will forward to case officer not by case office !! I am confused

Hey, nothing specific, just a Pre-assessment checklist with a 28 day window. I wrote to the CO asking if they need anything in particular and got a response that the correspondence checklist is all about notifying the applicant to upload any missing docs before he start processing the application.
