Thanks so much if I don’t get anything tomorrow I will try that by sending together and just using his last name as he has both file and application number same. I was actually the primary applicant and linked my husbands file to mine yet he has same file and app number but mine is different, probably why we were more confused. I will definitely message here to close the loop once I get it. We didn’t have a minor form as my son was born here so is citizen by birth. On another note, does your wife plan to change family name after this ? Would be nice to chat with someone doing the process. I was kind of waiting for this process to do that but not sure if it is worth the hassle. My husband and son have same last name.

Yes my wife also has a different last name but the file number is the same. If you check the forms you will see that every one in the family has the same file number but might have different application number since it's a family application. I sent the mail using my last name because my application number is the same as the file number so I assume I am kind of like the primary applicant. I attached my wife's form which is labelled with her name including her different last name along with mine and sent a single mail

How did you add the subject line if you sent it together? We have different surnames so we preferred to send separately, also they have said you “may” send it together not you “must” so we sent separately. I will send it together if we don’t get it by Tuesday just not sure how to add subject as our file number is same but surnames are different.

That's too bad. You should resend if you still are unable to download it by Monday evening. You mentioned neither of you got any response when you sent the mail. Did you send the mail seperately? If you applied as a family you are supposed to send a single mail with the individual oath forms for you and spouse attached. Sending seperate mails might be a source of confusion for the agents processing. You are also not supposed to send the signed form for kids younger than 14. Thanks for the wishes, I wish you and your family well. I hope you receive your certificates and you can official close this chapter

Checked just now. Still not available. I will wait until Monday evening or resend it. This my luck lol 😂 which is why I am waiting till I get it to update here hahahaha. If we don’t end up connecting here again, wish you and your family all the very best. Congratulations again!
