Thank you, and congratulations to you as well! From what I understand, ‘Decision Made’ was mainly a status used in the old ECAS system. In the online tracker, IRCC doesn’t display that step anymore. When LPP is completed, it means an officer has reviewed the file, confirmed all eligibility requirements, and approved the application — which is essentially the decision being made. After that, the file is transferred to the ceremony team, while prohibitions continue to be monitored until the oath. Hope this helps!
