It is actually interesting to see that all cases with AOR date of Jan-25 or Jan-27 and country of residence being the U.S., are all delayed.

Got it - thanks for the prompt response. For what it is worth I have used the web form on two occasions and have been told that the application is under process with no further detail. I shall ask for the VO with my next web form. All the best.

You can either call IRCC at 1-888-242-2100 if you are inside Canada or raise a web form from the IRCC website to ask them where your VO is

I think nowadays most applications from the US goes to Montreal. I live in Ohio. My case was transferred from Montreal to Calgary local immigration office around June-July

I am from Michigan, I am wondering if this is not random & all applications from neighboring states to Canada go to Montreal & thus get delayed response.
Which state do you belong to in US?
