No I didn't call them. I logged in to my account yesterday and saw that my application has been approved. They posted the info on the visa counter foil and the expiry date on my account. Today I got an email from IRCC asking me to check the account, that's when I got the notification from FedEx that my package has been picked up.

Hi VarshaS, For both of us, i see that the passport got delivered to Ottawa office on the same day. I haven't received any update yet on CIC portal. Did you call them for status anytime?
