I also wrote a webform with all those delivery receipt, haven't heard a confirmation or update yet. Did you guys get any email from the CIC that they forward the attachment to the responsible officer as before?

Same here I have attached all evidence of the CNCC being delivered after delivery

Before that I uploaded my CNCC application receipt and ADR status changed to "we are reviewing your additional documents" and remained the same since mid Aug

I've submitted a web form with my CNCC receipt from HK Police and everything to IRCC as proof that my CNCC was sent.
So IRCC can reach out to me in case they don't receive it.
hope this helps:)

My CNCC reached Nova Scotia office on around 28 Aug. Nothing so far besides a ghost update last Friday

Mine was signed by "NICK" with no other information today. Probably we need to call to confirm?

Nope, still nothing as of yet..I also sent them a webform but they did not answer my question whatsoever.

I wish there was some way to get in touch with Nova Scotia office directly to confirm they received it and when it will be uploaded etc.

For your proof of delivery, what is the person signing it called?

Mine says "Mike" and under signature it shows they signed as "CRSS"

Hi Sonitinder, thanks for your useful sharing. Just wondering is there any updates in your CIC account after your CNCC is delivered?  Did you get any confirmation reply for your webform? Thanks.

Thanks again for your replies, Sonitinder, you have been very helpful! Others applying for a HK CNCC will definitely find them extremely useful.

HK CNCC is definitely the most difficult and lengthy to obtain. Perhaps this is due to COVID-19 and the amount of applicants applying for a CNCC.

I would also recommend others to make appointments for their CNCCs before receiving their request letters. As of today (15 Aug 2020), no appointment time slots are available for the coming month!

PS - I will recommend DHL because my mistake I selected the shipping label delivery and not courier pick up. I reached out to DHL Hong Kong and their staff helped me convert to Courier Pick Up at no extra cost. The staff is super helpful, I reached out to DHL Canada and they also provided me all information and reassure that they are aware of importance of documents and will do their best! I've not used Fedex so I can't comment on that but my experience with DHL has been amazing.

Tips for others also looking for HK CNCC delivery through private courier:
1. Make sure you are selecting Scheduled Pick Up - NOT Shipping label. HK Police will not print label and ship themselves. You have to provide them label, they will print and need a courier to come pick up. Arrange your delivery through DHL telephone service if possible - will make it easier.

2. DHL will provide you 1 Waybill #. It is for HK to Canada. After your tracker shows "Delivery arranged no details expected - you can call DHL and get the 2nd Waybill number. It is for domestic delivery from within Canada to IRCC Office in Sydney , NS.

3. DHL is experienced with delivering documents to IRCC - they will do it themselves during office hours, you don't need to stress about them missing IRCC office hours etc.

4. After delivered successfully , you can get proof of delivery from your Waybill # 2 tracker. I uploaded through webform; Waybill #1, Waybill #2 , Proof of Delivery and short explanation that document successfully delivered by DHL as per proof of delivery. All documents merged into one PDF document.

HK CNCC is definitely the most difficult one as there are so many steps involved!
