I used the IRCC hotline 18882422100 and for email I used CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca. My documents were delivered successfully on August 13,2020 Canada Time.

Thanks for the detailed reply Sonitinder it is much appreciated.

My CNCC is finally ready for courier collection. However, IRCC did not provide a phone number on the request letter and various couriers' waybill require the recipient's phone number which cannot be left blank.

May I ask how you solved this issue? Thanks very much again

I applied on 6 July 2020 and my CNCC was ready when I contacted them via telephone on August 4th. They said they will send me an email to confirm private courier arrangement. I received the email the next day and arranged for a courier pick up on the 7th of August 2020. It is now in transit by DHL and expected to be delivered on Monday 17th August.

You can contact HKCNCC office either by telephone at +852 2860 6558 or +852 2860 6558. They are also responsive on email although they take a couple of days. Their email address can be found on the CNCC website.

If it has been a month, it should be ready. You can contact them and ask if you can arrange for a private courier such as DHL or Fedex.

Dear all,

I am applying from Hong Kong as well. I applied for a police certificate a month ago but it is still being processed. Are you guys in a similar situation? If not, do you all mind sharing how long it took? Thanks in advance!

This is great!  I’m still waiting them to send me the first email.
Hope you can get your things done soon! I feel like you are in such a hurry haha

Yeah. Luckily I had prepared all documents before receiving the HK CNCC request. I will let you know if there is any update from HK police on the PCC. As of now, they are processing my application.

I reached out to them last week via email asking whether the lockdown / work from home for civil servants will affect the processing times. They replied " Applications are still being processed as usual at this moment."

Hey! Thanks for the update! Wow you act quick. I just sent my application for my HK PCC on 20 July by DHL from Canada, I guess it may take a while.
Yes, HK Police definitely can arrange courier for you, and they will email you for your confirmation, then you have to fill in the waybill online and send them back the pick up information via email.

Hi Gwennwy, just an update. I was finally able to get the correct letter from IRCC! Thank you for your response. I have applied for my HK PCC on 6th July. They are still processing. Have you been able to get yours issued from HK - what date did you apply? My father applied it on my behalf in Hong Kong at the CNCC office in Wan Chai. Now just waiting for them to process. They said we can arrange a private courier instead of using HK Post airmail.

Yea mine is the same. But it looks like different people could get different address depending which office are processing their file?

I've raised 2 webforms but they gave generic reply with the HK Canada Consulate address..I asked them what is the mailing address for HKPCC. Gwennwy, can you share the address of the mailing address for HKPCC on your letter? I have found the address online but I just want to confirm whether its the same: is it one of these two?
