Sheldon-le, may I ask what do you mean by different police certificate fron Australia.  Isn't there only 1 AFP check? Ther one you apply online.

I actually have the certificate,  
I just thought the transcript is sufficient As I got my PGWP & BC nomination with only transcript. 
I sent them a webform and attached the certificate and I will work on a new EE application now.

BTW， if you have trouble receiving your diploma or certificate, not the transcript, you should write a cover letter to explain your situation and attach it to your application. In that case, your application wouldn't be rejected. However, you better give a one-shot, having everything ready and submit it, it would save your time.
