You will not be able to change the text of your message

Because if you didn't meet R10 for complete application, your application will be directly rejected. I was rejected as well cuz I submitted a wrong police certificate from Australia. I neither got a second chance to submit it,so I reenter the pool. You should create a new EE profile and re-enter the pool right the way, and you may receive ITA again this week if your score is high enough.

Your diploma and transcript are 2 separate documents and they don´t replace each other. 
 
Proof of completed Canadian or foreign educational credentials can include copies of 
secondary or post-secondary education documents (certificates, diplomas or degrees); and 
transcripts for successfully completed secondary or post-secondary studies, if available.

No, They didn't ask me for anything, 
Also, I have already uploaded my Canadian study transcript. 
I'm not sure what canadian credential they are referring to!!!

They didn't ask to submit a Canadian credential in-order to  give you   a second chance. Why you didn't provide your canadian credential ?
