I agree, the wait isn't so pleasant.
Look, I see there are other candidates complaining about RROC on Telegram, particularly one or two cases like you. But then, people say RROC sends emails all together. You know, there's nothing you can know for sure in this whole process, so just gotta try to let it happen the way it does, imo. I think that way we won't get annoyed as much.
But hey, following up via MPs could be an option.

I didn't send any webforms, but I did call them intermittently to get information on the progress of my application.
Back then the average processing time was around 29 months, so there was no point.
All of that being said, judging by the experiences of other applicants, I didn't think sending webforms or ordering notes would speed up the process, so I didn't do it.
RROC is known for keeping completed cases for a while and then sending multiple PPRs all together. I'm not sure how accurate that statement is, though.
I hope you'll receive the PPR soon.
