In case  Nadia doesn't speak English well enough, I will repeat my Ukrainian idea below.  
 
Надя, вітаю, виглядає так, що ви трошки наплутали деякі поля у трекері, і це плутає адміністраторів. 
У цьому трекері терміни "Landing date" і "Medical passed" date використовуються відносно самої аплікації на PR 
 
Наприклад, "Landing date" - це дата, коли людино після отримання PR вже фізично прибула до Канади (це для тих хто подається з закордону) 
Або, "Medical Passed" - це дата, коли людина сдала медікал, який у неї запросили вже після подачі аплікації. Всі ці дати потрібні для того щоб відслідковувати, який етап аплікації скільки займає часу. 
 
Виходячи з тих дат, що ви вказали, так здається, що ви вказали Landing Date - дату, коли ви тільки-но приїхали до Канади (наприклад по CUAET, так?) 
 
І тоді дата Medical Passed видглядає як дата, коли ви проходили Medical Exam CUAET-овський, той на який 90 днів давали усім. 
 
Я можу бути неправий, але якщо такі правий - то виправте будь ласочка, бо це трохи плутає тих хто слідкує у трекері за динамікою інших кейсів.

Nino, it seems Nadia got confused about the "Landing date" and the "Medical passed" dates.  
 
Nadia, could you please confirm if you entered your arrival to Canada date as a 'Landing date' (presumably under CUAET?) and also the date you took a medical exam right after arrival as a 'Medical passed' date in our tracker? 
 
 
If so, these fields in the tracker are crucial as they correspond to important dates and steps in your actual PR application. For instance, people usually need to take their medical exam unless they took it recently, and the 'landing date' is the exact date of 'landing on a PR' for those applying from abroad. 
 
But overall it seems just a simple confusion about terms usage, given the timeline we see here.

Your BGS change date cannot be in 2023 - that's when your application goes into background check after you submitted it. If you submitted in 2024, your background check cannot have started in 2023. Also, Decision Made is when everything on your application is completed and you're waiting on the IRCC to send you information about your PR approval (portal 1 or Portal 2 email). Your Decision Made cannot be the same date as the submission. Can we please correct or remove those dates first?

Hi! Could you please double check your data and let us know if you inputted it correctly? You can't have your medicals passed and background check completed in the past if your application submission date was on April 17th. What is your actual program of application and timeline?
