No, only this: Activity status updated: Medical exam status has been updated to Completed on 10th April.  
 
Please call them so that you can know where you are at? it will give you some peace of mind.. instead of webform it is much quicker you have all the info on the phone.. that's why i know now that my eligibility is good, they also told me that criminality is passed when i called them..only security was not started at that time. security many times start after eligibility is completed. and now that I have FD i know all is well and complete

Thank you for the answer. I'm just trying to determine if my case is under a comprehensive check. Did you have a separate line in the tracker saying: Activity status updated: Background verification - Background verification status has been updated to In progress?

No update for the background check in the tracker still in progress and eligibility too..but yesterday i received an update on the tracker that i called them on 20th june..and FD on gckey. i know that eligibility was at "recommended pass" when i called them that's what they told me. On 9th july and yesterday 11th, i received 2 ghost updates on gckey means that probably everything is completed even if it doesn't show up on tracker..
