@sifa Thanks for the reply. Actually, my visa office is Ottawa so I can get update of my application by calling IRCC call center.

@puneet I filed my application directly on the ircc website without any agent so I haven't got any such status updates. I tried calling delhi immigration sometime back but they refused to give any information . 
You can raise a Case Specific Enquiry from ircc website once 180 days span is completed for your application.

@Sifa, I also have the same status as per my CIC account except Additional document as CIC never asked as of now.
I am talking about the application status which applicant get by agent over the call.

@kayne thanks . I did not get a single ghost update.  I raised a CSE a month back because my biometric wasn't recieved by them after that they asked me proof of biometric as additional document on 8th October which I submitted immediately.

Congrats!! My AOR is also 28th April. My application status is Criminality passed but Eligibility and security not started. What should I do? Your application status was also like that Eligibility and security not started until you got PPR.
