Yes my wife did the Biometrics in Brazil before closures. What we did do make the process go faster was applying for a Exempt of Travel Restriction to reunited family. When she arrived in Canada, I notified them with a webform.

Is your wife still in Brazil and she received PPR request and you COPR.
.
Actually my husband is in Brazil and he is Bio exempted but I have to give Bio..but I am not getting any calls..because it seems they are not processing inland candidate with outland dependents.. If you can share your case/thoughts will be really helpful.

Hi Leonardo, my wife is in Brazil too! Did she get the Biometrics done in Brazil before VAC closures? I heard that they are giving priority in process the applications of those whose family is all here, present inland...and the ones with dependents are on hold until further notice...
