Hi congratulations, are you USA resident or US citizen? Please clarify. If citizen m curious why Canada. Dont mind me asking. If u r USA resident then make sense and we can have high hopes.

No need to mail passport. copr can be used to land in canada.

Congratulations! Seemingly, IRCC has started issuing COPR to outland applicants. I would dare to say it's a sign that travel restrictions will be lifted soon. At least for PR applicants.
