I don't know their processing logic as my case was sitting in HKVO for 12 months without being touched, and then being transferred back to Vancouver while many fellow FSW-O applicants with similar AOR got PPR from HKVO in March. Besides, many PNP applicants with AOR after July 2021 have also got their PPRs. So I guess the aging cases are being treated differently, since their processing time are already long overdue. I've ordered 6 notes from IRCC/CBSA while waiting, only to found my eligibility has not even started. So all I can do is to wait more.

Hi，I am also a Chineses PNP Outlander and my case vo changed from HK-Winnipeg-Hongkong  as u.  I got my aor in June 21，I see you got your aor in 2020， really wondering why we are in quite a long queue for reviewing... how long we have to wait as some guys with aor from the second half year have got their PPRs...

Based on latest GCMS notes, file was assigned to an "AC04897" in Apr. Eligibility is still not yet started as of end of May. 
As per HKVO's webform reply after my application passed 6-month processing time, the file is still in queue for review since it got transferred to HK in Jan.
