Hello congrats on your PR. I was just wondering. Is there a special program for PR for people leaving in the USA? Cause I am currently in Canada the received my passeport on March 13th but have not heard back yet. Thank you!

I am supposed to send my passport for the COPR today. Have been wondering if it is still a good time to send it considering the virus outbreak and whether it will be timely processed and returned in a few weeks. Just wondering if you were able to communicate with IRCC about it and what you recommend I do.
