What is the % of users who do not update their cases?

Answer:

On average between 5% and 15% of users do not update their cases on MyImmiTracker.

MyImmiTracker has a very advanced reminder system in place which sends regular reminders to the users to update their cases.

On top of that, there are over 10 moderators who watch and monitor forums and whatsapp groups and update the user details if they see a relevant update.

This ensures that MyImmiTracker is the most updated and reliable source for visa tracking.

Moreover, if a case is not update, its not visible to users -the last column of each traker has two values ACTIVE and INACTIVE.

By default only updated, i.e. Active cases are shown.

The period of inactivity varies in each tracker - depending on average processing time of the cases.
