Agreed that 131881 is useless. Lodge a complaint here: https://www.homeaffairs.gov.au/help-and-support/departmental-forms/online-forms/complaints-compli...
In 3rd step, make sure you select "No" to the question "Do you want to make an enquiry about a visa application or status? ". Then you can search 189 in the poped up drop list. Next page, select "Finalise application/request" for Question "What outcome are you seeking? ". You can mention your TRN number, and express your concern.

PR Application lodged: 24th Oct 2018
1st Query: 11th Jan 2019
2nd Query: 27th March 2019
3rd Query: 5th June 2019
I have called the 131881 number multiple times, but of no use and they keep telling me I am one of the 10% applicants who did not get it on time / specified time frame :(
I have applied for Electronics too and I am an onshore applicant.
Please could you let me know -If I should lodge a complaint ? Where can I lodge a complaint ? What points should I highlight ?
