@Duc whatever it was mentioned in your Experience letter. In my case it was my company's HR official email.

It was an confirmation email sent to my employer to confirm about my job duties, salary, no of hours worked and other employment related questions. 
 
Till now no update on the case and waiting. Also no CO contact.

Yes I don’t know what they are doing. Seems like they divided cases into their teams and May June Teams are performing faster. But true, its frustrating.
