Got a reply from AHC New Delhi. Basically they just said they have limited staff so processing is taking longer. As we contacted them when our application was at 21 months and 15 days, they said that it is still within the global processing times (18-21 months), application is under assessment and they'll contact if they require anything else.  
We will be at the 22 month mark by tomorrow, so really hoping for something soon.

My migration agent did it for us, I believe it's just through the contact form on the AHC Delhi website. They have not replied yet (it's only been one day so I wasn't expecting anything yet). Will update if we hear anything :)

Yes my application is 18th months old and we have not received any communication what so ever. How did you contact them and if you could get through to them, what did they reply ?

Hey Cyril, still nothing! We have contacted AHC Delhi for an update yesterday as it's been over 21 months now. Guidance on the immigration website says global processing times are now 18 -21 months.  
Are you still waiting on your grant/when did you apply?
