I'm sorry for the refusal, I have the same employment letter, only indicated that my employment is indefinite period and full time. Should I raise a case specific enquiry and amend my documents?

@kpatel1989 if you didn't claim 50 points for arranged employment, then you dont need to prove you have arranged employment.

Letter of employment is not suppose to have these lines. Its the offer of employment that should contain the above lines.

Sorry to hear that, In which letter they want that wording, is it in the offer letter or letter of employment if we need to claim the 50 points?

I’m sorry to hear that. Did you claim job offer points(50 or 200 points)? Maybe that’s why they need the letter stating a defined period for that offer.

@kpatel,

Its most probably will get refused, you have time to submit the new Employment letter which should state that the employment would continue for 1 year.

If they don't see this line your PR will be refused.

Submit the new Letter using WebFormwith letter of explanation.

So Sorry to hear that man. I have submitted the employment letter which says "Permanent Full time". Now I am not sure if my PR will get refused too or not.
But any ways. I would say get a new Employment letter and apply again. I know this will cost you but dont lose hope. Apply again.
