@Kpatel1989 every time I called they said everything is fine no need of additional document, and after last review officer refused my application with the given reason.

@leonardo, Yes it's a standard letter of employment which has mentioned full time 40 hours work.

Does your Letter of Employment say your working on a permanent full-time basis? Or you were under a contract-basis?

The reason was weird, I have submitted all the required Document and my offer Letter stated it will be an indefinite offer of employment, unfortunately it got refused as they want a specific line in your employment letter that the job would be 1 year continues after PR  
 
Reason "Letter of Employment that you submitted did not state that you have a valid job offer from that employer for at least one year after we issue your permanent resident visa"
