No, that's the only information I got. I'm not sure if all US applicants are getting assigned to CIO Sydney, or if I was just unlucky. They asked Sydney for a further update, so I plan to wait a while for that before ordering GCMS notes.

Yikes! Did they give you any idea on when your case might be finalized? Did they say why eligibility hasn’t been approved yet? Or, why your security hasn’t started? Seems really behind schedule! This isn’t great news for US applicants :( Have you ordered GCMS notes?
